A catalyst for innovation, Tina excels at building deep, trusted relationships with clients, often leading to the co-creation of entirely new and differentiated product offerings. Her client-centric approach has been instrumental in developing solutions tailored to the unique needs of Channel Partners—including spearheading CloudCover’s first platform deployment with a Fortune 500 retail client, in partnership with a Channel Partner, ultimately tripling their support footprint.

Jennifer Homan, newly appointed Director of Customer Success, brings a strong customer-first philosophy and a focus on measurable results to CloudCover’s post-sales operations. For over seven years her leadership at CloudCover has been instrumental in designing and executing a seamless customer journey—driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. She oversees global and domestic contract operations and leads both in-person and virtual training programs, helping clients accelerate ramp times and achieve faster time-to-value. Jennifer’s contributions are a cornerstone of CloudCover’s continued growth and partner success.
