CEO & President

Jeff Huggins

Bringing years of success as both an entrepreneur and investor, Jeff Huggins launched CloudCover in 2015 after recognizing the changes in the IT maintenance management space. Previous to CloudCover, Jeff had already launched and sold several successful IT companies. 

But as IT environments grew more complex and risks and cost took on more variety, he recognized the growing need from customers for what the industry now calls “Hybrid Maintenance Management.”

With the move away from a single source model and into a diversified support profile of hybrid maintenance the need for a single repository that allowed customers to manage their hybrid environment in a normalized, easy to understand view became clear. 

Through CloudCover, Jeff has built a company focused on creating the only AI backed hybrid maintenance management platform solution, supported by a data science team and backed up by an expert global service delivery team. His leadership skills have attracted other like-minded highly motivated leaders to the company who share the same passion to build flexible, creative, and nimble IT solutions.

Chief revenue officer

Robert Kenney

Robert Kenney is an accomplished executive with experience driving impressive revenue growth. He has spent the last 20+ years helping build tech-enabled services and SaaS businesses that have added value to IT customers by clearly identifying, defining, and solving their business challenges. 

Robert is excited to join CloudCover at this very pivotal moment where game changing technologies such as AI are changing the landscape as to how services will be delivered. From a functional perspective, responsibility for the revenue side of the house is the engine fuel for a company. Identifying notable talent and working hard to build a winning culture with a foundation of accountability has been the focus of Robert’s career. Robert is excited to continue to build on CloudCover’s success by enhancing the GTM strategy.  

He believes that CloudCover’s solutions offer value to our existing customers and make us the natural channel enablement partner of choice for the mid-market and enterprise markets. Robert believes that CloudCover is well positioned to fill the void that exists in IT maintenance for a cost effective, OEM agnostic, easy-to-use software and tech-enabled service. His focus will be to drive significantly improved time-to-market and profitability for CloudCover and our partners.

VP of Global Technical Services

Carmelo Grecia

Carmelo brings over 30 years of TPM hardware experience covering networking, storage, servers and HCI enterprise equipment. His work has focused on creating strategies that use artificial intelligence and machine learning to create new processes for hardware break/fix—from monitoring and ticket creation to resolution.  As the VP of Global Technical Services Carmelo’s team focuses on using every service call to learn. He believes each call is an opportunity to not just fix an issue when it arises but to use CloudCover’s proprietary technology to learn and create better overall outcomes for the industry.

Carmelo brings key field experience as well as technical experience to his role at CloudCover. He holds over 100 certifications from HPE, DELL, IBM, Oracle, Sun, and Cisco. He has created effective training programs for engineers that have helped his teams win key accounts due to their expertise. Carmelo is focused on continuing to refine AI and machine learning best practices. He is focused on creating results that will better manage service delivery and increase revenue savings for CloudCover’s Channel Partners and their customers.

VP of Technology

Alexander Bondurant

Alex Bondurant has over a decade of experience building, scaling, and leading technology initiatives in the IT services space. He joined CloudCover in 2021, and today serves as our Vice President of Technology, spearheading the SaaS engineering and technology efforts for the enterprise. 

Prior to CloudCover, Alex had extensive experience leading teams in developing and integrating contract management, service delivery, and quoting products for a major third-party Maintenance providers. Alex has deep experience managing and implementing enterprise software development, cloud computing strategy, and ERP implementations. Alex takes on his new role as the company expands its technology team to focus on delivering new SaaS products to market and enhancing existing ones to drive growth for the company.

Sr. Director of Channel

Gregg Meyers

Gregg joins CloudCover with deep experience in IT covering hardware, software, and services. Previous to CloudCover, Gregg focused on the TPM market as a Channel Executive for a leading TPM provider and over 20 years in the large reseller space. Gregg has led service initiatives for OEM, Distribution, and Third-Party service companies with a heavy concentration in the TPM and OEM maintenance contract and warranty space as well as implementation and support service offerings. His role at CloudCover comes as the company launches a new Partner Platform supporting its deep commitment as a Channel only organization.

VP of Product

Mike Certoma

Mike Certoma brings an extensive background in product development for global field service software solutions. His commitment to efficiency is evident in his approach to product launches, where he emphasizes streamlined processes for rapid deployment. Mike has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy from conception to launch. His dedication to the customer experience ensures that CloudCover’s products not only meet but exceed expectations, aligning with business initiatives to position CloudCover as a leader in the IT Services marketplace.

The creation and appointment of the VP of Product role reflect CloudCover’s strategic commitment to accelerating its support for customers. This bold move underscores CloudCover’s unwavering dedication to innovation and its relentless pursuit of delivering unparalleled solutions to clients, solidifying its position as an industry leader.
