Irvine, CA: May 19, 2021--CloudCover, a Gartner-recognized “Cool Vendor” in Service Channel Enablement has named Joel Knowles as Regional Manager for the newly formed South Plains Region. His appointment is the seventh senior hire the company has made in less than a year as adoption of its platform continues to grow in the Channel.
Joel is an award-winning maintenance services and sales specialist and brings his experience working at Citrix, Dell, and Curvature (now Park Place Technologies) to his role at CloudCover.
Joe Scordino, CloudCover’s Chief Revenue Officer had this to say about the new hire, “With his engineering background, Joel brings with him a reputation for skilled problem-solving when it comes to his client partners. We value Joel’s ability to work closely with clients to understand their pain points and build the best solution to meet their unique needs. That kind of thinking is exactly how we’ve built the CloudCover Platform and why we thought Joel would be a natural fit for our team.”
“It’s important that every member we add to our team is a solution-oriented leader with a deep understanding and empathy around the challenges faced by our Channel Partner Clients,” added Jeff Huggins, CEO and President of CloudCover. “CloudCover is continuing to evolve our intelligent solutions to uncover contract management and service insights that are driving better results for our Channel Partners and their End-Users industry-wide.”
CloudCover has built the only intelligent support platform that allows IT Channel Partners to integrate, evaluate, and capitalize on their maintenance data to improve their client experiences. The platform normalizes disparate datasets into dashboard views, simplifying contract and renewal management. It is backed by an evolving artificial intelligence, powered by machine learning, and supported by an in-house data science team. CloudCover was built for data.
